About Us 

Bayside Building and Renovation is a family owned business specializing in 'Stick-Built' and Panelized homes.  We have over 25 years experience in the Construction field and have built homes of every type and size.  Bayside Building handles the entire home construction or renovation project from start to finish.  We do most of the work ourselves to keep costs down and when we do hire outside help, we personally oversee all sub-contractors working on the job.

Our service area (shown in blue) includes all of New York's historic Hudson Valley - including Columbia, Dutchess, Greene, Orange, Putnam, Rockland, Sullivan, Ulster and Westchester Counties.  If you live outside one of these counties, we may still be able to assist you in building a new home.
