This house was purchased by Bayside Construction and Renovation from the City of Kingston for back taxes. It is roughly 1300 square feet in size. It has two sets of stairs, one bathroom, decent sized kitchen, three bedrooms, full basement, and a semi-large living room. As you can see from the picture it has brick steps going up to the front door. It is located within walking distance of the historic Roundout area and was for completed in October of 2000.
