Front View of House We are currently building this beautiful home located off a private road in the Town of Rockland, located in Sullivan County. This two story, L-shaped home with a covered patio will be built on a slab foundation (this means there is no basement or crawl space) using Fold-Form® insulating concrete forms from Owens Corning®. You can also look at the photos of the installation of Fold-Form® on this house. The home features 3 bedrooms, 3 1/2 bathrooms, 2 car garage and a Porte-cochere. The kitchen includes a cook-top island, bayed nook and walk-in pantry. The master bedroom, located on the first floor has its own bathroom and access to the covered patio. The entire first floor of the main house and garage will be heated using radiant floor heating and the second floor will be heated using forced air. Some of the more recent work that has been completed on this house includes, painting of some of the rooms, installing the upper cabinets in the kitchen, installing the stairs, and finishing the fascias on the exterior of the house.
