Front of Home; Nearly Finished The small little hamlet of Wassiac in Eastern Dutchess County is where we are renovating this house. The entire house has been completely gutted-out and the inside will be all new. We are nearly finished with this project and have just finished putting up the new decks on the front and back of the house. The finished portions of the house include the upstairs bedrooms and bathroom, as well the master bedroom, sun room, living room (complete with cathedral ceilings) dining room, and stairwell. The bamboo flooring has been laid sun, living and dining rooms, along with the master bedroom. We have completed most of the heating and electric in the house. All that is left for us to do is for us to install the fixtures in the master bathroom. Work that has also been done on the house includes a new kitchen, tile in all the bathrooms and kitchen and new paint in all of the rooms, all of which have be done by the homeowner.
